In person training in your own home, driveway, backyard or even your local park. I bring the equipment and a plan. The easiest, most convenient way to get in shape.
Private In Person One-on-One Training
No long term commitments needed. Payments are month to month.
One 45 minute session weekly: $275/month
Two 45 minute sessions weekly: $475/ month
Three 45 minute sessions weekly: $650/month
Private sessions are for 1 client.
All sessions include a free consultation where we discuss your goals, previous experiences with exercising and our plan of attack.
A weekly exercise plan will be created just for you and will contain exercises that you will able to perform in your home with the equipment of your choice.
All session packages include a physical fitness assessment, body fat percentage calculation, and body measurements if you so desire.
As well as exercising, any sessions can be used to discuss your nutrition, motivation, and goal building.
Also included is access to an app where I you and I can track your progress and design your workouts on the days that you are not training with me.
Price includes travel fee up to 15 miles from my location. Travel over 15 miles will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Semi-Private In Person
No long term commitments needed. Payments are month to month.

Two 45 minute sessions weekly: $ 700 /month
Three 45 minute sessions weekly: $ 900 /month
Semi-Private sessions can include 2 to 3 people.
