Everyone is different and I understand that. If I make a program for you then it is specifically made for you and no one else. I do my best to make all of my programs fun, exciting and efficient. We will never use any boring machines or perform exercises that don’t do you any good. And if you absolutely hate doing one of the exercises then I will find an alternative for you. I truly believe that you need to enjoy your workouts to be able to have continued success with your program.
Education: It’s important to me that my clients understand why we are doing what we are doing. I like my clients to become knowledgeable about the process of achieving their goals. During sessions I will explain why I chose to do the exercises we are doing, what muscle groups we are working, and what effects training that muscle group in that certain way will have on you.
Nutrition plays a huge role in everything we do, and I am a firm believer that you cannot outrun bad nutrition. Weight loss and athletic enhancement take commitment to nutrition and exercise. During our sessions I will explain to you what to, and not to eat before, during and after training.
Goal Building and Motivation: I find it incredibly important for clients to have specific, achievable, goals in mind when it comes to training. If you’re not sure what you goals should be then this is an area that we will touch upon during your free consultation.
I also work with clients regularly on motivation. It is incredibly important for clients, especially weight loss clients, to have continued motivation. I will work closely with you to help you find your own motivation and to help you sustain that motivation for the rest of your life.
